The reserved services may be cancelled free of charge until 4 p.m. by the local time 7 days before the arrival. In the case of later cancellation or change of date we charge one night with tax. In the case of non-arrival or early departure we charge the entire stay. The Early Bird offer requires a prepayment and there is non-refundable. <\/p>

In the case of a change or cancellation of the reserved service at own discretion or because of force majeure, without there being any reasons on the part of Kendov dvorec, the guest is not entitled to any compensation or price reduction.     • One (free) copy of the personal data in a format of my choice (if the request is made electronically and I do not request otherwise, the copy will be provided in electronic form).
